If you want to make customized plush toys, please first clarify the content of the plush toys you want to make. Consider the following questions:

  • Design: What kind of plush toy do you want to customize? What is the specific size? Is it based on a character, an animal, or a completely unique design? Please note that if the design does not belong to you, without authorization, we can only make one piece for you as a collection, not for bulk production and sales. We hope you can understand.

II. Ordering Process

1. Get a Quote

We will provide you with a quote based on your design specifications. You need to provide us with detailed design specifications, including details such as size, color, and any unique features you want the plush toy to have. The quote will include costs such as materials, labor, and shipping.

2. Confirm the Order

If you are satisfied with the quote, you can place an order with us. Once your order is confirmed, we will start making your unique custom plush toy.

3. Prototype Review

After our custom plush toy is completed, we will send you a prototype for your review. If you are satisfied with the prototype, you can approve the production of the final product.

4. Wait for Delivery

Production Time:

  • Sample Time: Generally, it takes 7 - 20 working days.
  • Bulk Production Time: Usually about one month. The actual delivery time may be adjusted according to the specific situation. Free modifications are possible, but this may affect the delivery time.

Shipping Time: It mainly depends on your location. For regular mail, it takes approximately 2 - 4 weeks.

III. Minimum Order Quantity

We do not have a minimum order quantity (MOQ) restriction for custom orders. You can place a sample order for quality testing. For bulk production, we recommend that you order at least 50 pieces so that we can offer you a better price. The more you order, the lower the unit price will be.
